One of my favourite Lancashire wedding venues – you truly get that magical feeling every time you step through the gates at River Barn Weddings.
Nestled beside the tranquil River Wyre, this hidden gem offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance.
And Eloise & Danny’s stunning wedding day here? A total dream to capture.
From the very first moment, the atmosphere was electric.

These guys opted for my hybrid Photo + Film package – a seamless blend between capturing a full set of images & bringing those back to life with a moving story.

Eloise looked effortlessly elegant in her timeless gown, and Danny couldn’t stop smiling – the kind of joy that radiates and fills every corner of the barn.
Their day was full of laughter, happy tears, and little moments of pure magic that make you fall in love with wedding photography all over again.
What I love most about shooting weddings at River Barn is the way the space transforms. Whether it’s the light pouring through the trees during a couple’s portrait session, or the cosy, twinkling ambience of the barn as the evening settles in – it’s a venue that just works.
Beautiful natural backdrops? Check. Thoughtful design and details? Absolutely. And the team at River Barn always make the day run effortlessly.

The ceremony took place in the character filled barn, with a beautiful reading from Eloise’s sister – the soundtrack to their preview film. Afterwards, guests spilled out onto the lawn for fizz, laughter, and confetti. The speeches had everyone in stitches — especially Danny’s rendition of his first meeting & dates with Eloise! And when the sun dipped low, we snuck away for golden hour portraits, capturing the two of them in that post-wedding glow that never gets old.

Eloise & Danny’s wedding was not only elegant and stylish — it was full of heart, fun, and authenticity. The kind of day you don’t forget. And honestly, it reminded me exactly why I love being a wedding photographer.
