Oakwood at Ryther Wedding

Sarah & Dave chose the breathtaking Oakwood At Ryther in the North Yorkshire Countryside.

I love shooting here & in my opinion it really is one of the best Barn Wedding Venues in Yorkshire.

I’m lucky to be one of the recommended Photographers here – so it’s always fab to head back & work with Jess & the rest of the family / team.

A family run venue set on a farm the barns have been stylishly & lovingly converted into the perfect wedding space.

Set around a central courtyard space there is accommodation to sleep 32 people and a huge communal open plan kitchen & living area.

The ceremony barn boasts amazing architecture – a really breathtaking space to say your I Do’s.

The whole venue flows really well from prep – through to ceremony – outdoor courtyard & drinks reception space then into the Old Grain store for the wedding breakfast & party!

The fact that couples take over the whole venue for 3 days really does mean that weddings here have a really chilled out relaxed vibe – and Sarah & Dave’s was no exception!

These guys were just ace! So welcoming & great fun to be around.

Throw in a flash mob for good measure and you have the recipe for a perfect day!
