The Best Yorkshire Wedding Venues

A question which I often get asked – what is your favourite Wedding Venue?

And I have to say this is soooo hard to answer … we are lucky enough in Yorkshire to have some seriously stunning places to get married!

There are so many different styles and options out there – and within that I have to say that every wedding is so varied …

even the same venue can feel and look very different once it is styled and personalised.

In no particular order, here is a run down of some of my favourite Yorkshire Wedding venues …

CONISTON HOTEL, Country Estate & Spa, Skipton

A beautiful Countryside venue in the Yorkshire Dales, complete with Spa, 4×4 off roading experiences & shooting meaning you really can make your wedding a full weekend to remember. The jewel in the crown has to be the stunning Lakeside setting and endless photograph opportunities. I also have nothing but praise for the fantastic team & customer service you will receive here.

THE ARCHES, Dean Clough, Halifax

A distinctive & imposing venue … I absolutely love the industrial charm of this space and it’s a real blank canvas of a space to make your own.

In the centre of Halifax it has fantastic transport links .

SANDBURN HALL, York

With a grand oak-framed function room flooded with natural light overlooking the golf course with hidden rose garden and woodland for photographs this really is a tranquil setting for your big day.

CRAB & LOBSTER , Thirsk, North Yorkshire

A truly unique & quirky venue – fully immersive with themed bedrooms and beautiful landscaped gardens.

PRIORY COTTAGES, Wetherby, North Yorkshire

Priory Cottages is an amazing venue to create a full wedding weekend, set around a courtyard with a selection of self catering cottages.

With the flexibility of a barn & a large attached marquee … not forgetting my favourite ever spot for a confetti shot!

EAST RIDDLESDEN HALL, West Yorkshire

HAZLEWOOD CASTLE, nr Leeds

What is more fairytale than getting married in a castle?? It doesn’t get much more grand & opulent than Hazlewood.
